government has no intention of allowing young criminals to avoid punishment and

Based on the findings of this investigation, there is no

report or to any U.S. presidential candidate's position with respect to NAFTA,
though his comments likely helped lead the reporter to the Senator Obama
campaign. There is no evidence that Ambassador Wilson disclosed any classified

PRIME MINISTER HARPER CONGRATULATES
APPRENTICESHIP GRADUATES
The
Prime Minister spoke to over 100 new graduates and congratulated them on earning
their trades certifications. "You've made a great career choice" Prime Minister
Harper said. "In the coming years Canada is going to need hundreds of thousands
of skilled tradesmen and women. Without skilled trades people, you can't build

our economy growing and our country strong."
PRIME MINISTER HARPER PAYS TRIBUTE TO
THE "FATHER" OF ORGANIZED HOCKEY
"The
evolution of hockey, like any sport, was - and is - an incremental process, and
James Creighton deserves recognition because he formalized the game, bringing it
indoors, establishing fixed teams (originally nine players a side) and helping
create the first written code, from which today's rulebook is descended," said
Prime Minister Harper."
Creighton is credited with organizing the world's
first indoor hockey game at Montreal's famed Victoria Skating Rink on March 3,
1875. He went on to captain a team that played regularly, inspiring others to do
the same, and thus laying foundations for the rapid development and
popularization of organized hockey.
PRIME MINISTER HARPER UNVEILS LABELLING
PLAN TO CLEARLY IDENTIFY CANADIAN FOODS
"Our new
guidelines are designed to redefine Canadian food content labels to better
reflect the true origins of products in today's global marketplace," said Prime
Minister Harper. "Our government is tightening the definitions of these familiar
labels, so Canadians know exactly what they're getting, and get exactly what
they want."
The current food labelling guidelines, unchanged since the
1980s, do not clearly reflect the actual Canadian content in foods sold in
Canada. Under the proposed new guidelines, when a label says "Product of
Canada," both the contents and processing of that food must be Canadian. A
qualified "Made in Canada" label can be applied to products containing imported
ingredients as long as the products are manufactured or processed in
Canada.

very special because, for the first time ever, the championship was held on
Canadian soil. The passion for the game shown by both Team Canada and the fans
demonstrated once again that hockey truly is Canada's
game."
